NDIS Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching

We breathe NDIS. We have experience working with NDIS as providers, as NDIA employees and as NDIS participants. It’s fair to say we understand how the NDIS operates from all angles.

We use our deep understanding of the NDIS to help you navigate and use your NDIS Plan to the best of your abilities.

We provide this service to Plan and Self Managed participants only. We accept referrals for children as well as adults. Our support coordinators are currently servicing:

Port Macquarie and surrounds (NSW)
Geelong and surrounds (VIC)
Sunbury and Macedon Ranges (VIC)

However, please contact us if you would like us to provide support coordination outside of those areas. We can support you from a distance if suitable.
